Fiona understands the realities of being a woman in today's workplace, balancing the needs of home and work and is passionate about sparking change in her clients lives. Combining her special skill set, with a Master’s in Coaching Psychology and previous experience as a Senior HR Executive (while raising three gorgeous daughters), Fiona delivers coaching that is tailored to your needs. Fiona offers a unique perspective and extensive experience, combined with genuine care and empathy.
Fiona is an immensely supportive coach, making you feel at ease to be your authentic self, and to shine a light on, and celebrate, who you are. Fiona provides equal doses of compassion, empathy and challenge – gently pushing you out of your comfort zone and ‘holding up the mirror’ to help you navigate through those self-limiting beliefs and stories that so often keep us stuck.

During a career transition in 2019, I was really grateful to have Fiona as a coach for a 3 month coaching engagement.
